@goldstone_tony @CommonsHealth @sajidjavid Important! But it does mean there is little anyone can do to mitigate if they are going to get a CPI related charge as they will be too late to leave the scheme for the taxi year in question. Not a GP myself just trying to raise awareness.

Looking at the BMA calculator it seems possible even if you left the pensions scheme years ago and pay no money to your pension to breach the AA for the year based on CPI uplift of existing pension pot. Scary! Worth all GPs checking not just in scheme ones 😳
