@amazon your Blink cameras record every time a bug flys by or the wind blows the rug or a leaf onto my porch but fails to record a prowler on my porch who walks right past the camera. Can’t be a sensitivity issue because I get to see plenty of irrelevant, smaller stuff.

@FedExHelp do your drivers have any requirements around the handling of packages? I’ve watched more than one driver just drop my packages off the back of the truck onto the ground which has resulted in the contents being damaged and I’ve had to have it replaced.

@AskLyft why do I have to pay a cancellation fee if the app tells me the driver is still finishing another ride? It says the fee is for the minutes he’s already been driving toward me, but if he’s finishing another ride, he’s not going out of his way for me.

@AmazonHelp I don’t need to know more about your sustainability program, I want the items I paid for delivered undamaged the first time and not broken becsuse the flimsy boxes are destroyed in shipping. Missed the mark pretty big time on your response to my initial comment.

@amazon the quality of your packing/shipping material has declined so much I can’t count how many damaged items I’ve received and had to send back. I understand you’re trying to impact the environment and your carbon footprint but it’s actually doubling the number of deliveries

@AmazonHelp My problem is that the quality of the packaging you are using doesn’t protect the contents during shipping. Results in having to get the item replaced which expends your carbon footprint by having a truck driver the same item a second time plus doubling the packaging materials

@ATT not making it easy to install wireless internet. Clicking the install button in the app just takes me back to the home page. Called customer service and they said I’d get a call back in 35 mins..that was 2 hours ago. Need internet for my job!

@Hyatt disappointed with our stay. Didn’t get the room we booked, pet fees not disclosed until after I’ve checked in and paid (looked to see if there were fees on website, couldn’t find anything.) Then hallway smells like mold, the in room fridge isn’t working, TV isn’t working.

@TheCW sounds like we are in an infinite political commercial loop. Trying to stream some TV tonight and I’m caught in an infinite loop of the same political commercials over and over. Been going for over 20 mins. Have we started running 20 mins of commercials and 3 min of TV?

Hey @usps you emailed me this morning at 8:30AM that my package has been picked up but it is now 12:15PM and it's still sitting on my porch.

@USPS twice this month my mailman said I wasn’t home and left a “sorry we missed you” notice in my mailbox. I work from home and he never came to my door. Also checked my security camera and he never came to the door. Now I have to take off work to pick up my delivery. Thanks ☹️
