What a tragedy that in CSS exam this year, out of more than 20,000 candidates in written exam, only 393 (1.94%) could pass it. What is attraction in civil services except easy money & privileged life. Feel sorry for 19,700 who wasted their years in futile exercise. Wish they would have spent this time, energy and resources in acquiring some internationally needed skills in IT etc.
