Radar returns overhead showing 35+ dBZ. At least 2” per hour now. And while not stationary yet it is starting to slow.

The SW/NE band from the Philly suburbs to extreme NNJ grew rather heavy and has now subsided in the last 30 minutes. As it begins to reload, it will be interesting to see if this is replaced farther east or west (heavy snow developing in Southern Morris cty here)
