With other variables controlled, ⬆️ caloric intake leads to weight gain, and vice versa for ⬇️ caloric intake.
Similarly, ⬆️ caloric expenditure, whether through exercise, drugs, or diet, has the same effect.
This is misleading sophistry that perverts the meaning of causality.
Most coaching "problems" aren't actually training, nutrition, or motivation problems.
They're measurement problems.
And until you fix that, you're just guessing in the dark.

It's the type of fat that most should be concerned with.
✅Eat MORE fats from nuts, seeds, olive oil, rapeseed oil, avocado, and oily fish.
✅Eat LESS fats from fatty meats, butter, processed 'junk' foods with added fats, and deep frying.
