[Action Model @ActionModelAI]

Every technological revolution begins by turning something the world once overlooked into something it can no longer function without.

The internet transformed how humanity shares information.

Large Language Models learned from humanity's words and turned that knowledge into intelligence.

Now, the next transformation is beginning.

AI is moving from knowing to doing.

Today's AI models can explain how to complete almost any task.

But the real world doesn't run on explanations.

It runs on actions.

Every click, decision and workflow represents knowledge about how humans actually get things done.

And for AI to move beyond answering questions and start operating software, navigating websites and completing real-world tasks, it needs to learn from those human actions.

This makes human behaviour one of the most valuable sources of training data for the next generation of AI.

But it raises a much bigger question.

If millions of people contribute the actions, decisions and workflows that make AI more capable, why should only a handful of companies own the intelligence and capture the wealth it creates?

Today, the most powerful AI systems are largely controlled by Big Tech and a few billionaires.

Millions of people contribute to their development.

Yet very few have the opportunity to share in their economic success.

At Action Model, we're building a different future.

A community-owned AI ecosystem trained on real human actions, where people can contribute to building the value, earn rewards for verified participation and have the opportunity to own a piece of the AI ecosystem they're helping create.

More than 615,000 people have already joined us.

They're not just using another AI product.

They're helping build the intelligence that will teach AI how to navigate websites, operate software and complete real-world workflows.

Because the next generation of AI won't just be defined by what it knows.

It will be defined by what it can do, who teaches it and who gets to own it.

AI will shape the next era of technology.

We believe the people helping build it should have a stake in its future.

The biggest wealth transfer in human history could be happening right in front of us.

And most people won't own a piece of it.

AI is learning from billions of human interactions.

Our knowledge. Our decisions. Our actions. Our workflows.

Everything we do is helping make AI more intelligent, more capable, and more valuable.

But here's the problem.

The people creating that value aren't the people who own it.

A handful of companies and billionaires are building technologies that could reshape the entire global economy.

And the rest of humanity?

We're expected to use their products, pay their subscriptions, and hope the benefits eventually reach us.

We believe there's a better way.

That's why we're building Action Model.

A community-owned AI ecosystem where everyday people can help train the intelligence of tomorrow and have the opportunity to share in the value they create.

Not just use AI.

Help build it. Help own it.

Because the AI revolution is going to happen with or without us.

But who owns that revolution is still being decided.

AI should belong to the people helping build it. Not just the billionaires funding it.

Bill Gates is warning that AI could eliminate millions of jobs, and that the world is dangerously unprepared for what's coming.

“AI is both the most powerful tool for advancing equity and the greatest threat to equity humans have ever invented.”

He warns that millions of jobs could disappear, with white-collar workers affected first.

And his biggest concern?

“I worry that we aren’t preparing.”

Think about what that means.

AI could become one of the greatest wealth-generating technologies humanity has ever created, while millions of people lose the jobs they depend on.

But the value of that work doesn't disappear. It moves to whoever owns the AI replacing it.

And if ownership remains concentrated among a handful of corporations and billionaires, so will much of the wealth.

That's exactly why we're building Action Model.

A community-owned AI ecosystem where people can contribute to AI and have the opportunity to own a share of the value they help create.

AI should make humanity more prosperous, not just the billionaires who own it.

The future of AI is being built right now.

The people should have a stake in it.

Millions of ordinary people are helping build AI every day without even realising it.

Every prompt they write, every mistake they correct and every piece of feedback they provide helps make AI more useful and valuable.

And increasingly, AI is learning from something even more important.

How humans actually use computers.

Our clicks, decisions and workflows teach AI how to navigate websites, use software and complete real-world tasks.

Think about it.

Prompts reveal what people want.

Corrections teach AI where it goes wrong.

Workflows demonstrate how humans get things done.

Feedback helps companies build better products.

Together, these contributions are helping create one of the most valuable technologies in human history.

Yet how much of that value goes back to the people contributing it?

For most people, the answer is $0.

The industry calls it "usage data."

But when human behaviour is being used to improve AI systems worth billions, shouldn't the people behind that data have the opportunity to benefit too?

That's exactly what we're building at Action Model.

Instead of treating human behaviour as free training data, we're creating a community-owned AI ecosystem where people can choose to contribute their online actions.

In return, they earn LAM Points for their participation, with the opportunity to own a share of the AI ecosystem they're helping build.

More than 600,000 people are already part of this movement.

Because AI shouldn't become more valuable by learning from millions of people while all the economic upside goes to a handful of billionaires.

If humans are helping create the intelligence, humans should have the opportunity to share in its value.

“If you're dependent on a powerful person for the ability to live, that's a problem.”

Computer Scientist Jaron Lanier, a pioneer of virtual reality, is raising a question that deserves more attention:

What happens when the companies automating our work also get to decide how we survive without it?

As AI reshapes jobs, we keep hearing promises of a future where machines create abundance and people receive an income.

Financial support matters. But so does having a say in your own future.

Who controls the wealth?
Who decides how it gets distributed?
And what power do ordinary people have if their livelihoods depend on those decisions?

Lanier argues for a future where people can participate in the economy and support themselves through what they contribute.

That matters because AI already depends on human contributions.

Our knowledge. Our decisions. Our work. The ways we solve problems and complete tasks.

Those contributions help create value. The people behind them should have the opportunity to share in it.

At Action Model, we're building a community-owned AI ecosystem where people can consciously contribute verified actions, earn rewards, and have the opportunity to own a piece of what they help build.

Ownership gives people a stake in the future they're contributing to.

The future of AI should give people more agency over their lives.

Elon Musk just warned that humans may lose control of AI. 🚨

"I find it unlikely that humans would remain in control" once digital intelligence becomes a million times greater than biological intelligence.

And his answer to that possibility?

"I hope the AI is nice to us."

Think about that.

We're building technology that could become vastly more intelligent than humanity, yet even the people leading its development aren't confident we'll remain in control.

This is exactly why the future of AI cannot be left in the hands of a few powerful companies and billionaires.

Technology this powerful will shape everyone's future.

Everyone deserves a voice in how that future is built.

If you agree, join our movement for community-owned AI.
