@TerraOrBust The graph you're showing misleads because the UK economy is carried by London and mass immigration. Gdp is high and gdp per capita is low because of the relentless large scale import of foreign workers willing to work for less creating a widening gap between inflation and wages.

@TerraOrBust It's easy to cherry pick data to make a point. The simple fact which remains is that we're 27th in gdp per capita despite having the 6th largest economy in the world.

As an island nation 80% reliant on imported goods, we voted to make imported goods more expensive.

Simple answer is we're used to it. 26 is uncomfortably warm for us because we're not acclimatised to it.

I haven't played for a while so maybe this is related to something new. The worst example I can think of is how Gladiator got made into a participation trophy in retail whereas classic Gladiator really meant something.

@Infernionwow Retail has changed so much, it no longer remotely resembles the game many of us fell in love with in the first place. The concept of classic diverging from the retail timeline and going along a new path is intriguing.
