What is the point of @Uber reserve ? You order one over 24 hrs in advance and then they say no cars and then you have to cancel it yourself. What is the point exactly ? Am I missing something !! Currently missing my flight !!!!
@Ocado Your driver rings says he can’t deliver order. I phone get promised a refund and reassure me no money will be taken from account. My bank alerts me money has been take from my account. I ring and you explain driver has marked as delivered. You should investigate this scam!
@easyJetholidays@easyJet DM got nowhere. Ringing not helped. No-one can help me it’s so upsetting that you have messed up my plans. All unavoidable as you should know my hotel was being refurbished two days before I fly. Then you can’t change my new hotel as it’s too short notice & if I do I have to pay
@easyJet I’m so upset that you’ve messed up my plans to visit my inlaws this weekend in Spain. You changed my hotel and moved it 20 minutes further away so I can’t get to them. Can’t get hold of customer service and when I did ring earlier you hung up after I waited for 20 mins !

@AmazonUK - there is a box by my door for deliveries yet your drivers insist on feeding parcels to the dog. I told the driver not to today so he lied and put handed to me on the tracking. Now have another damaged item so taking to X to moan as I tell customer services each time

@egomed_tweets - today was my birthday, as a treat I went to your restaurant. I’ve never had such a stressful experience. Lots of menu items missing, gluten free order messed up, useless waiter. Lovely lady dealt with issues and got me a drink but still paid £85 for an awful meal
Can you believe that @britishgas came to service my boiler. Told me it was fine. Left and I had no hot water so I rang them to come sort my boiler and they charged me £50 call-out fee for someone to come tell me the man who serviced my boiler left it on the wrong setting. WTF !!!
@LiverpoolEmpire - upset I was served a horrid tasting wine but they refused to swap it. Seriously if your wine if bad - you should swap it. Two supervisors said I had to buy a new glass if I wanted another one. I appreciate this is a first world problem but seriously !
@AmazonUK I am absolutely gutted by the way I have been treated by Amazon. Their associates have misled me into returning an office chair for a refund they are no longer going to honour. I’ve had nothing but great customer service experiences before now but now I don’t trust them
Went to @hautedolci to help them on the eat out to help out scheme coz my kids like them. No policing of social distancing measure, waitress didn’t follow Covid measures and also put up visor to talk to us. Daughters meal didn’t arrive until 10 mins after the rest. Very angry
Can’t believe I’ve ordered two things for the garden from @Wowcher_Support a banana parasol that was damaged and a rattan furniture set with a missing piece and some badly drilled holes. I’ve tried messaging, emailing and sent pictures. No reply. Won’t be buying from them again !
Here is my latest update. They contacted me to ask which box my missing piece was from !! How would I know. Now they are telling me they can’t send me a missing piece. This is so upsetting.
