Day 4 of this Danube “River Cruise” with @TUIUK. 4.5hr round trip coach journey from Krems for 3.5 hrs in Linz. No toilets or stops on coach journey. Unfortunately the coach turns up late for the return trip so we’re all stood in the cold and the rain waiting. #Danube

Coached to Durnstein this afternoon, nice place, but back at the pick up at 1600. On board, “internet now fixed” -I can’t get it. TVs haven’t worked on whole ship since joined and “unfortunately” engineer couldn’t come today, are all of Tui’s Danube ships clapped out? #aircongate

Clear from this that @Tuiuk knew all along water levels were going to be a problem.

Passengers had enough, couple of people took the microphone and whilst acknowledging crews effort said what we all thought. This cruise should have been cancelled. If you’re on one in the coming weeks, don’t go, demand a refund. If I had wanted a coach tour would have booked one.

@TUIUK @SimonCalder Arrived at our boat at 1830 on Day 2 after 4.5 hours on a coach. Somewhere west of Vienna. At welcome drinks told the only sailing this week is few miles to Krems. We will be coached everywhere else every day for the rest of our holiday.

Lane 1 for left turn (the one his mate is in), Lane 2 for straight on (the one the Hanson lorry is in) & Lane 3 for right turn to go onto the M61 Northbound (the lane this idiot decided to make a dive from).
