@parcelforce please explain how I have requested a later or specific delivery.. your service is an absolute joke, how could I possibly request a second delivery.. I can’t even speak to anyone… is it really that difficult to get a parcel from a to b..

@parcelforce The tracking number is FWGD073063GB the postcode of the delivery is CA222EG. Not prepared to put my phone number on social media. Parcel has been halfway round the country, getting sent to wrong depots and I am very frustrated by the delivery service that I have had.
