A few years ago I looked into the Steam review calculations to see what it would take for No Man's Sky to get a 'Very Positive' rating. My conclusion: even with all the goodwill behind the game, it was never going to happen.

The often-repeated theory G&G was that the game was incomplete, as they initial stages were so hard they could release it knowing no-one would find out. Not true!

But!

There was a later rumour that an Amiga platfomer was intentionally unfinishable.

Anyone recall which one?
