TBTA officers Edward J. Elsis & Orlando Caholo. They Use license plate readers to target me at five in the morning on 5/5/2025 on the Henry Hudson. Elsis wrote a ticket under false pretense. Elsis stole my license plates but Manhattan judge MCDONNELL,P dismissed the case. @NYPDPC

On September 1, 2024, a new law went into effect that supports MTA Bridges and Tunnels' continuous efforts to deter persistent toll violators. MTA decided to start accusing anyone of unpaid tolls even if you have an active EZpass. “What MTA & EZpass is doing is a scam”. #News

MTA/TBTA Police Officer Edward J. Elsis never shows up to court to prove his allegations of me owning unpaid tolls. Case gets dismissed by Manhattan Judge, but MTA keeps a suspension on my registration for unpaid tolls. Claims were unpaid tolls, parking tickets, insurance laps.
