The uneven patch on this new concrete road is a safety risk. If an accident happens tomorrow, who takes responsibility?

New concrete road at Mulgaokar Hospital Jn, Near Gomant Kutir Bldg, Dahisar East was dug up after completion and patched with asphalt.

Poor planning and patchwork may become a safety risk in monsoon. Request proper restoration.

However, as of today, the encroachment is still present at the same location near Kotak Bank, Dahisar East.
Kindly clarify what action has been taken and whether permanent clearance will be ensured.

A new hawker has come up near Kotak Bank, Dahisar East and has occupied the entire footpath.
The walkway is now completely inaccessible first a hawker, next a parked tempo.
Are pedestrians expected to walk on the road with moving traffic?
