My girlfriend and I have been dating for five years, and honestly, I’m beginning to feel frustrated about our relationship. I love this girl deeply, but I don’t know how to handle our situation anymore.
I’m 28, and she’s 25. We were each other’s first sexual partners, and for over four years, we’ve been sexually active. Intimacy has always been a normal part of our relationship, and we’ve never really had issues concerning it.
However, two months ago, she went to church and came home unusually emotional. She started crying and told me she had realized that having sex before marriage was a sin. She said she wanted us to stop having sex until we got married.
At first, I thought she was joking because we had been doing it for years, but she was serious. It’s been two months now, and she hasn’t changed her mind. Whenever I try to discuss it with her, she tells me that if I can’t wait until marriage, I’m free to leave.
The truth is, I love this woman more than I can explain. She was my first girlfriend, and I was her first boyfriend.
When a person loses their house or shop to a fire outbreak, what would a meaningful support look like to them? Renting them a new apartment? Replacing stock? Temporary trading space?
