Thursday 6pm - Hills / speed sessions 🚀

With the 1/2 marathon on the weekend it will be a session that can be taken easier if needed to make sure you save the legs, but definitely one I recommend you all come along to

This is going to be our final Tues trail of the year due to the nights closing in 😭 so let’s make it a belter 🤩
