@UPPCLLKO @CMOfficeUP @EMofficeUP @aksharmaBharat @mduppcl Prepaid smart meter (A/c: 2608872360, Lucknow) fully paid (₹5222 on 12.03.2026), yet UPPCL app shows -₹2592 and rising ₹100–₹200 daily despite disconnection (usage only 0.64 kWh). Complaints on 1912 (MV17032608866, MV19032608239) unresolved. No Power, JE & SDO not helped.
