@goairlinesindia Booked a flight ticket in Feb. Unfortunately cant travel due to COVID, however cancellation policy is unchanged and I am being charged Rs 3000. Dont you think this isnt a fail deal during this pandemic situation??? Cant you provide atleast option to reschedule?

@royalenfield Hi @royalenfield.. I am yet to get a response and meanwhile I followed up with management.. Nothing works. This is seriously frustrating and not acceptable behaviour from your team.

@royalenfield @RoyalEnfieldIn Such a poor and irresponsible behaviour towards customers at Go green hyd, Gachibowli.. I have cancelled a booking on October18, still refund amount is being processed and nobody there bothers to respond back with some clarity for my followups.

@royalenfield I hav booked this vehicle in May 2018 and was promised to get delivered in three months fr sure.. But they havnt lived upto it n such a poor response n not bothered attitude by management even after me visiting showroom fr regular followups. I hav finally cancelled in Oct 18.
