@iridescent0star The crisis teams are the same they have just changed the system so people call 111 and it’s meant to redirect to the local crisis team. I didn’t realise they request a call back tho I wonder if it’s because they are being inundated.
@DanielaZigova Oh I feel ya currently a SPWP and it’s a whirl wind of managing and supporting staff, trying to support meeting KPIs and increase recruitment whilst seeing clients ❤️
@luceycat1 Hi I would be really interested In this if the place is still available? I’m working class, 1st gen uni student, was a young career and live with disabilities and am applying to Exeter and Plymouth.
This news won’t make Back to School headlines today, but it ought to be everywhere: Under this gov, a child born on 5th September 2006 can, if taken into care tonight, be placed in a hostel, caravan/barge with no guaranteed adult supervision. And their 15-year classmate, who is
@AbiBeing Plymouth options has specialist support for perinatal mental health (champions in the team helped write the IAPT best practice guide) I am the neurodiversity champion who has set up specialised pathways with the cities autism service :)
I have had the choice to focus on education and a career unlike my grandmothers who had limited choices and became housewives and married at 20. I’m also poor, don’t own a house, the world is on fire, and WW3 is around the corner. This is a societal issue not a woman’s issue.

It’s official today I have finished my first year of #MScPsychology at @PlymouthPsych. Now of to enjoy the bank holiday and summer, but look forward to returning in Sep to complete a dissertation and the program 📚🎉
@Beth_Tastic @Neurodiversit19 My area is one of the lucky ones that offers a post-diagnostic adult service for autism which I am fortunate enough to work for and it supports those who may need help with benefits, housing, mental health etc but it’s just such a shame that its a rare commodity #supportforautism
This is so important! When I’m in a session with someone they can do whatever is going to make them comfortable, it could include doodling, grounding or sitting on the floor. Don’t want to talk it’s fine, answers can be written. #MAKEadaptions#IAPT#Autism#mentalhealth#CBT

This has nothing whatsoever to do with personality.
It is overwhelmingly….
Poverty.
Chaos.
Abuse.
Undiagnosed neurodiversity.
Danger.
Please stop glorifying overwork. This sets an unhealthy standard for graduate students, who model the behaviors of those they admire. While working nights/weekends may, at times, be inevitable, finding work-life harmony is essential for surviving in academia.
