@BurgerKingUK hey burgerking, you really need to check in on your staff at Broadland gate, Norwich. They are not ok! Clearly doing their best in a very difficult work environment. You need more staff to keep up with orders and cleanliness!

Hi @itfchelp. Just a big shout out to your stewards & first aid crew. 14 year old daughter was taken ill at the @edsheeran concert & they were superb. Irma (sp?) was an amazing steward and so lovely! Was a shame to miss part of the show but can't fault your team. Thank you!

@MartinSLewis I had this with <1year @SamsungUK washing machine from @hughesdirect. Hughes insisted it was Samsung, they said Hughes. Hughes did fix it in the end as a 'favour' the first time, and the second time said it was the last time they would help me. Was very stressful!

@muddymuddymum @cm_bagot Made that mistake with goats. Now if I've any inkling they will need a bottle in the future, they get 24 hours of colustrum and then off. Goat kids would literally rather die than take a bottle after getting used to an udder. It's so frustrating.

A sad decision by @suffolkwildlife to stop, without any warning, their Wild Tots groups at Regrave and Lopham Fen. A crazy decision & a real loss to many families.
I absolutely applauded the Trust for being so forward thinking when I found the group. Not so much now!

@BootsHelp Hi. I spoke to a lovely lady a couple of weeks ago regarding the free heroes set I got. I specifically ordered £20 worth of stuff to get what was promoted on your website & recieved different products.I was meant to get a replacement but I haven't had further contact?

@McDonaldsUK I have an issue with a refund given. I'm not sure I've been refunded enough for the items missing from a delivery. First time using and I won't use again. Everything was cold and 2 people didn't even get their food ☹️

This happened to my 3 month old Samsung ecobubble. @SamsungHelpUK have been absolutely useless, 5 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Thankfully the retailer Hughes have been amazing & I have an engineer coming today after 4 days of stress with Samsung.

I have it all on video. Shocking defence. Your driver apparently thought it was a porch which is ridiculous. I am absolutely fuming that once again you have violated my house, my home. I have children and dogs and don't expect random strangers to be opening my door.

.@AmazonHelp This has just happened again!Heard a faint knock followed by my door opening so I got outside in time to ask your driver to not open my front door.Your driver then tried defend themselves by saying I had to specify on the deliver note that they mustn't open my door?!

@AmazonHelp how do I complain about a delivery driver? I was upstairs trying to get my baby to nap, 14yr old downstairs. Driver knocked, within 10 seconds had OPENED MY FRONT DOOR & thrown the parcel in, scaring my daughter & waking baby. What the hell did he think he was doing?!

@AmazonUK please help. Your telephone assistant robot doesn't understand. I've ordered an item, tracked as undeliverable on 5th Feb. Should have had a refund by now but I can't see one. I wonder how many other small orders get forgotten about and never refunded?!

@kezzamozza @SamsungHelpUK Yep. It's 3 months old. Hughes are fixing it now though, which is great. Been out already and will be back as soon as part is in. Massively disappointed in Samsung wanting to charge me. The machine clearly wasn't for for purpose.
