Limpopo’s Pearl Mathebula crowned Miss Teen Model International 2025.🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦

In a dazzling display of grace and talent, 17-year-old Pearl Mathebula from Makotopong village in Limpopo, was crowned Miss Teen Model International 2025 on Sunday, June 15, at a glamorous ceremony in Lima, Peru.

The young beauty queen outshone contestants from across the globe, marking a historic moment for South Africa and her rural community.

Pearl, the reigning Miss Teenager South Africa 2024, captivated judges with her poise, confidence, and advocacy for body positivity. “I was the only black woman in the competition, and I worried I wouldn’t be picked because I am black and don’t speak Spanish,” she shared. “But when I won and saw the joy I brought to my country, that was the most fulfilling moment.”

Her triumph is a testament to resilience, having reached the top 10 in the 2023 Miss Teenager SA pageant before claiming the title last year.

As the first South African to win this prestigious title, Pearl Mathebula has not only brought home a crown but also a powerful message of hope and empowerment for her nation.
