Last week, Trinity Musha Mines honored former staff and workers who lost their lives during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
The commemoration brought together employees, survivors, and families in remembrance and reflection as tribute was paid to the lives and legacy of those who were taken from us.
Through testimonies and remembrance activities, participants renewed their commitment to preserving the truth of history, rejected genocide ideology, and continue to promote unity and resilience.

Operational update from our Trinity Nyakabingo Mine, Africa's largest tungsten producer.
Following the recent commissioning of our 5tph pilot plant to trial an improved wolframite processing system, the facility is now providing valuable data to feed into the design and construction of a larger 60tph mineral processing plant.
We are also commissioning a dedicated closed-loop Water Treatment Plant for responsible water management and have graduated 28 employees from Rwanda's first internationally aligned Blasting Certification Programme, with plans to expand through a new underground training centre.

“Rwanda is energetic, progressive, stable, and safe, with an abundance of talent, strong potential, and visionary leadership.”
Speaking at the Africa CEO Forum 2026 in Kigali, Peter Geleta, our CEO joined the panel discussion, “Invest in Rwanda: Unlocking Africa’s High-Growth Sectors through Rwanda’s Strategic Investment Gateway,” where he shared Trinity Metals’ vision for strengthening Rwanda’s position in the global critical minerals supply chain.
Peter highlighted the company’s continued investments in tin, tungsten, and tantalum operations, the transition toward industrial-scale mining, and the importance of building transparent, resilient, and responsible supply chains that support Western markets and global energy transition needs.
He also participated in the panel discussion, “Mineral-Power Nexus: Designing Africa’s Next Generation of Mining Projects,” which explored the future of sustainable mining and infrastructure development across the continent.
The discussions reinforced Rwanda’s growing reputation as a competitive, investment-ready mining destination and a strategic gateway for Africa’s next phase of industrial growth.
We have launched an advanced drilling programme at Nyakabingo Mine to enhance geological modelling, improve resource confidence, and support long-term mine planning at one of Africa’s largest tungsten deposits.
Continuous exploration is key to extending mine life and strengthening sustainable tungsten supply chains.

Meet "Veronika" (Nyakabingo Mineral Processing Pilot Plant)
Our newly constructed 5–8 ton-per-hour processing plant at Nyakabingo Mine. Aside from increased production by unlocking the value from the previously sluiced run of mine stockpiles, this pilot facility will provide valuable data to feed into the current study that is taking place for the design and construction of the larger 60ton/hour mineral processing plant, ultimately paving the way for the transition to large-scale higher volume mining in the future.
Today, marked International Labour Day with pride and appreciation for our dedicated team. From engaging games—to celebrating the graduation of our employees in blasting training, it was a day of achievement, unity, and growth.
#Today, we were honored to welcome H.E. Belén Calvo Uyarra, European Union Ambassador to Rwanda, and Patricia Llombart Cussac, Managing Director for Africa at the European External Action Service (EEAS), along with their delegation to Trinity Nyakabingo Mine.
After visiting the underground operations and the pilot mineral processing plant, the delegation toured our newly constructed Water Treatment Plant. The plant facilitates 100% recycling of the water used in our daily mining operations and ensures that we prevent any contamination from water discharge.
This is another major step forward in advancing our environmentally responsible mining practices.
#Yesterday, Trinity Metals successfully hosted the 4th Annual SHEC Summit under the theme “Safe Work Today, Sustainable Tomorrow: Empowering Every Miner to Act, Prevent and Protect.”
The Summit is always a valuable opportunity for us to reflect, reinforce, and set new goals—ensuring zero harm to people, the planet, and profit.
This session brought together Trinity Executives team, Managers, HODs and our Stakeholders.
