@adder1874 Our fees go up most years in line with inflation and to reflect workload. We are completely open that we receive commission from insurers; and this keeps our fees lower. If we did not receive insurance commission your fees would be higher.
Our holiday cottages in North Uist are closed to tourists meantime. But open to locals needing temporary accommodation - to self isolate, key workers, during a house move, or if your house is uninhabitable eg after a flood.
@katecondie@edinburghpaper@doctorrs2h3 Government guidance is clear that vulnerable people should stay at home. DM your phone contact details and our MD will call you to help further.
@katecondie (2/2) Residents can leave voicemail messages and also email their dedicated Property Manager. We are all working hard at Trinity to support our clients within our role and responsibility.
@katecondie (1/2) The House Manager ( we don't use the term warden ) has been withdrawn as per government guidelines. Kirkland Court is not a care home - simply that people living there need to be of a certain age. Our phones are busier than usual and are diverted to staff working from home.
@doctorrs2h3@katecondie@edinburghpaper Hello Philip. Trinity Factors is following government guidelines. It's imperative that those residents who are vulnerable do likewise and stay in their apartments. Our specialist disinfecting cleaners next scheduled visit to Kirkland Court is today - 7 April.
@McCarthyStone @katecondie Hello Kate, not sure why you feel residents abandoned. Actually Trinity business hours support by phone, email & internet as usual; 24/7 pullcord operated emergency assistance as usual; regular disinfecting cleaning arranged.
