With the help of an exposed turnbuckle, Ricky Saints defeats Carmelo Hayes on SmackDown once again to earn a United States Championship Match against Trick Williams at Night of Champions.

There's a part of me that hopes Ricky wins and Trick Williams moves on to the World Championship picture. At the same time, it still feels a little too soon for Trick to lose the United States Title. I also have a feeling Carmelo will get involved somehow, some way, which could easily lead to a Triple Threat Match for the championship heading into SummerSlam.
