🚨BIG BREAKING : Supreme Court Hear Tomorrow on CEC Gyanesh Kumar🔥

The Supreme Court will hear two petitions tomorrow, before a Bench led by CJI Surya Kant.
The question : did CEC Gyanesh Kumar take key decisions on the SIR in the name of the Election Commission, without the approval of the other two Election Commissioners, Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi?

What do the petitions say ?
According to the Indian Express report, the two Commissioners recorded at least 14 objections in 10 months, on matters like deletion of names, Form 6 changes, and control over the electoral roll database.
One plea says that if this is proved, his exercise of that authority was "without lawful title".
Another asks that he not exercise his functions until the case is decided.

What does the ECI say?
That differing opinions are normal, and that its final decisions were unanimous.

That is exactly what the court will now examine : was it discussion before a decision, or was the work already started before the other two were told?

Bro, imagine a job interview with a three-member panel.
Two of them say "no", in writing. And HR announces, "Selected unanimously."
Would you accept that result if it was your future?

These decisions decide who stays on the voter list and who does not.

कोर्ट के एफिडेविट में Rama is Great Mythological Character यानी महान पौराणिक चरित्र लिखा था..

तो क्या राम पौराणिक चरित्र नही है?

पौराणिक और काल्पनिक अलग बाते है..

यह झुठ भाजपा के प्रवक्ता संबीत पात्रा ने फैलाई थी कि कांग्रेस ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हलफनामा में कहा है कि राम एक काल्पनिक है।

कोर्ट में कांग्रेस ने क्या बोला?

कांग्रेस एकमात्र पार्टी है जिसने हरदम बोला कि रामसेतु तोड़ने का कोई सवाल नही है..

रामसेतु बिना तोड़े भी समुद्र में रास्ता बनाया जा सकता है..

2008 में इसके लिये कांग्रेस ने 500 करोड़ रूपए के बदले 5000 करोड़ रुपए दिये ताकि रामसेतु को कोई नुकसान नही पहुंचे…

लेकिन मीडिया और संघ ने अपने पाप छुपाने झुठ ही झुठ फैलाया..वो बजट भी नेट पर है..

अंधभक्तो को खुली चुनौती है..

एक बात अपने दिमाग मे डाल लो :

कांग्रेस नही होती तो रामसेतु अब तक टूट चुका होता..

रीवा SDM कार्यालय में वकील क अर्धनग्न प्रदर्शन, न्याय व्यवस्था पर उठाए सवाल?
रीवा। मध्यप्रदेश के रीवा जिले से एक हैरान कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहाँ न्याय दिलाने वाला वकील ही न्याय के लिए अर्धनग्न होकर धरने पर बैठ गया।
घटना रीवा के SDM कार्यालय की है। जानकारी के अनुसार एक अधिवक्ता अपनी लंबे समय से लंबित शिकायत और न्याय न मिलने से आहत था। करई बार अधिकारियों के चक्कर काटने के बाद भी जब सुनवाई नहीं हई तो आक्रोशित वकील ने विरोध के तौर पर कार्यालय परिसर में ही अपने कपडे उतार दिए और धरने पर बैठ गया।
वकील का कहना है कि जब आम जनता को न्याय दिलाने वाला अधिवक्ता ही न्याय के लिए भटक रहा है तो आम आदमी की क्या स्थिति होगी।
इस अनोखे विरोध प्रदर्शन से SDM कार्यालय में अफरा-तफरी मच गईं। मौके पर मौजूद लोगों ने इसका वीडियो बना लिया जो अब तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है।
वहीं इस मामले में अभी तक प्रशासन की ओर से कोर्ड आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया नहीं आई है।
