In case anyone still doesn't know: X is banned in Mainland China. Regular Chinese citizens do NOT have access to it. Some use VNP to get around the firewall to get on here but those are usually silent observers. Only CCP shills and promoters are legitimately allowed to be actively posting from inside mainland China and their *paying* job is to promote a "positive image" of the CCP leadership - which is exactly what I had to do back in the days.
