Merged: Full Android support for the Kotlin bindings of the @iota Rust SDK

Delivered:

• 4 Android ABI targets (arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, x86)
• CI publish matrix integration via cargo-ndk + Android NDK r26d
• Local kotlin-android build target
• Extended Kotlin documentation
• End-to-end demo app validating Rust FFI → JNA → Android runtime

Successfully tested on ARM64 emulator fetching chain ID from IOTA devnet.

On Sui Bridge, to protect funds the total amount of assets leaving in 24hours is constrained and it varies for Ethereum - Sui and vice versa. For Ethereum-Sui the global limit is currently 16million while for Sui-Ethereum it is currently 7million.

Yapping was soulless slop; it is time for actual creators/storytellers to bring back life and soul to content creation. The point of creation anyway was that there’s soul, something people can relate to and “feel” when consuming your content not just engage with mindless slop they don’t understand in a bid to get rewards.
