empty nester on a trip to find herself

@Delta 12 hours dealing with the delays and cancellation. Delta staff also instructed me to wait and still hasn’t resolved. I’m in MSP now, no bag, and now my next delta flight to BJI is canceled.

@Delta @AssistDelta you canceled my flight and said to wait at baggage claim for my bag. I waited 7 hours! Support then said it was forwarded to my morning flight so I left. Now I get a text saying it’s at baggage claim?! Please fix this horrific experience.

@Delta I arrived at SEA at 9:00am for my 11:50am flight, which was delayed twice (to 2:45pm and then 3:22pm) before being canceled. I remained at the airport for 12 hours dealing with the delays and cancellation and they lost my bag.

@HawaiiNewsNow Can you please provide an update on his condition? We were there yesterday and very concerned. Praying he survived.
