@DGCAIndia@tourismgoi@makemytrip I recently made a booking after discussions with a MMT executive. we decided to go ahead with the booking after going through the quotation and the refund policies..contd
contd.. I clicked on the Pay Now button(this button is active only for 13min as informed by MMT executive)and made the payment after checking the Total amount and our personal details. I wanted to cancel the booking and asked the MMT executive to initiate the cancellation..contd
…If MMT can dynamically change policies without actively notifying the user—but still holds them accountable to those new terms—then it’s not just poor UX, it’s potentially misleading.
If the policy changed after I reviewed the terms and proceeded with payment (within a short, time-sensitive window, no less), and there was no prompt or warning about that change, that’s a serious flaw in the user experience and trustworthiness of the platform…contd
..Now from a customer’s perspective, consistency and transparency at the point of payment are critical, especially for something as significant as cancellation policies, which heavily influence booking decisions..contd
I got to know that the cancellation amount has changed and it had apparently changed while I was making the payment. fr a customer’s perspective, consistency and transparency at the point of payment are critical…contd
Its high time we call out and shame such practices by @makemytrip These companies build their entire value proposition around convenience when it truly matters during issues the exprnc turns into a major inconvenience for the customer. @DeepKalraMMT@DGCAIndia
After so many days, I am still awaiting any resolution from @makemytrip such pathetic customer service…they keep closing the tickets without any fair or satisfactory resolution and such questionable business processes!
@makemytripcare@DeepKalraMMT@makemytrip@DeepKalraMMT@makemytrip To make matters worse, MakeMyTrip customer support had the audacity to close the ticket while unjustly placing the blame on the customer and without any proper justification on their misleading or I would rather call it fraudulent customer processes
@makemytrip such pathetic customer service, even after a week, I am still explaining my issue to your team who just keep coming back with such unfair responses
