@nsitharaman Dear mam, huge non-compliance charges on MCA portal is hurdle for running companies. Penalty/Late fee should be there but with justifiable amount. Penalty of Rs. 5000 for DIR-3 e-KYC is very much unreasonable and this must be reduced to Rs. 500 or waived.

@narendramodi PM sir, govt is looting to people in department non-compliance. Penalty to a reasonable amount is justifiable but huge penalty for small compliance is completely injustice like Penalty for DIR-3 KYC non compliance is more than Non-filing of Annual return at ROC. Look into matter.
