Returned 2 items to Zara the very next day and now they’re claiming they’re ‘non-Zara’ and refusing my refund. How is this acceptable, @ZARA This feels like fraud to a loyal customer.If you want it stronger, you can add raised this with customer support and no help @Zara_CareCs

@ZARA_Care @ZARA @Zara_CareCs Return ID 6581625043. Returned 2 items exactly as received, with tags. After 15+ working days, no refund & false claim of “non-ZARA items.” Extremely disappointing. Please investigate warehouse/delivery handling & issue my refund immediately.
