While we were asleep, Elon Musk launched a flying car, the new Tesla Roadster!
It doesn’t have wings like an airplane or rotor blades like a helicopter. It uses thrust from high pressure compressed air thrusters (SpaceX tech), just like a rocket or spaceship, to take off and maneuver.
It goes from 0 to 60 mph (0–97 km/h) in about 0.8 seconds.
Elon said the top speed should exceed 0.5 Mach (half the speed of sound, roughly 380+ mph/over 600 km/h).
Production is set to start in 2028.
Tesla invited a live audience to the unveiling so people wouldn’t dismiss the stunts as AI. The car performed wild moves: driving upside down on a ramp (using a suction system), flipping and hovering in the air, jumping over other Teslas, and landing cleanly….
A U.S. congressman wants to change how we legally “own” video games.
Rep. Ritchie Torres has announced plans to introduce the Power To The Players Act, a bill that would direct the FTC to create rules protecting consumers who buy video games.
The proposal would give players three basic rights:
>The right to own the games they purchase, rather than simply receiving a revocable license
>The right to keep playing games after online servers are shut down, through an offline mode
>The right to transfer or resell games they own
Torres argues that if a company can take a game away simply by shutting down its servers, then the consumer didn’t really buy the game in the first place.
Torres also hopes the legislation could eventually establish a precedent for ownership rights across other parts of the digital economy:
“If you pay for it, you own it.”
Tommy Fleetwood showing you want you need to do if you want to shift forward in your downswing, lean the shaft forward & compress the golf ball
Not long ago, there was a post where Tommy spoke about his feel being "close the door" with his lead hip
Nahhh. He might "feel" that, but that's not what he does. There is PLENTY of lateral shift here with his lower body. Most recreational golfers need more of this!
PS: He's potentially hitting a lower shot here for context
If you want to learn how to do this movement Tommy is doing, I have a video I can send you for free in the link below 👇
90% of golfers NEED to work on this drill!
For the majority of golfers, you don't move forward enough with the lower body in the downswing
This right here is a great drill for you to do at home & on the range where you might replace the chair with an alignment stick
Do 50 reps a day & hanging back will be a thing of the past!
If you'd like 4 more drills to improve your downswing, you can get them for free below 👊👇
Developing a simple one piece takeaway involves removing unnecessary arm movements in the start of the backswing. This is a great way to train the body to rotate more and gain club face control. ———————————————————————— If you want to start improving your game, join my
Here’s a fan clip of the incident.
All the fan said was “That’s on you” and pointed at Aja Wilson. She is soft as Charmin man.
The fan didn’t charge her, he simply pointed and said that foul was on her.
Never forget: On the 25th anniversary of 9/11. The Pirates hosted the Mets in the 1st game when play resumed at PNC Park. Pittsburgh fans gave NY players wearing NYPD AND NYFD caps a standing ovation before the national anthem. And raised over $100,000 for 9/11 families.
