You loved our dithered charts so much, but bumped it up a little.

We've added:

> Dithered Avatars (up to 1.5T variants)
> Dithered Buttons (4 styles + Bloom)
> Dithered Gradient Wash (for footers or card bg's)

Oh yeah, it's also in the CLI now.
