this means there are exactly 4,294,967,296 different possible spinda in the game, over 4.29 billion unique individuals. if you caught a new one every ten seconds without ever stopping, it would still take you roughly 1,360 years of nonstop playing just to see every possible pattern.

the real nightmare for completionists is the shiny version. because shininess is also tied to the personality value, the chance of finding a shiny spinda with one specific desired spot pattern is around 1 in 35 trillion.

spinda remains one of the most statistically insane pokemon ever designed.
