🚫 China Halts Drone Sales to Ukraine — But Keeps Supplying Russia, Zelensky Says
Chinese-made Mavic drones, widely used on the battlefield, are no longer being sold to Ukraine — but shipments to Russia continue, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated.
"The Chinese Mavic is open to Russians but closed to Ukrainians. There are production lines inside Russia with Chinese representatives present," Zelensky said.
A European official told Bloomberg that China has also reduced exports of certain drone components to Western buyers while increasing shipments to Russia.
China, for its part, maintains it has never supplied weapons to either Ukraine or Russia and claims to strictly regulate dual-use goods.
