Congrats to Cedar Crest's Tristan Long for being named the Lancaster Lebanon League Quarterback Club's Lineman of the Week. In the Week 10 win over Lebanon, the senior defensive tackle had a 42 yard interception return for a touchdown. He added four tackles, including a tackle for a loss. On the offensive side of the ball, Long provided quality blocking, including three pancakes.
