@Delta Flight 512 multiple delays made it so my daughter couldn’t make her connections to Nice, FR - she is 17 and they expected her to stay alone in Atlanta!!!! They were not very helpful and were dismissive - “well we can waive the change fee?!” It’s your fault!!!! You should have upgraded my kiddo since she lost a day of her trip and we lost monies for accomodations we already secured. The airline industry NEEDS an overhaul.
