I have taken phone one month ago and now phone is not getting charged and his authorised service center said that repair cost will be 13k but phone cost is almost 12,800/-

@PayUindiaCare my amount debited on 3rd March 2023 but receiver could not received amount and even amount not received in my account, as per the bank reprentative your amount stuck with payment gateway which is @PayUindia kindly look into it.

Dear @udaykotak there is nothing any kind of help from Kotak Bank team, whenever I called you customer support they told me you have to check with the beneficiary bank.
I want to know where is amount stuck @KotakBankLtd look it on priority basis and accept the for chargeback

I made transction onwards Friday at 9:20 AM through phone pay app and there was showing transction sucessful completed and 2k amount debited from my kotak mahindra bank, but reciver bank not got the amount and there was showing transction cancelled.

@UnionBankTweets Just i talked to your customer care executive then she told me that wait today till the evening I hope your rest amount of 400 may be back otherwise tomorrow you can logde a complaint on same number.

@UnionBankTweets today made transction in Laharpur ATM with India ATM machine and my debit card of union Bank.
When we entered my ATM pin amount then 6 note came out of 500 and 6 note also came out of 100 so total amount received 3600 only but I got debited massage of 4000.
