This next data dump is about the true history of Earth.

The key thing to understand on this one is that our memories have been hidden from us. Their worst fear is us re-membering our past lives.

It's about ancient civilizations that have fallen to the tests of time.

It's also about the technology they mastered and how it was captured by groups to be hidden and used to maintain power of those that wish to control humanity.

It will show that planet Earth is a living being, that the stars are alive and describe how the energetic systems connect for consciousness travel.

It goes over how humans were created. Which is something we all need understand. For this history is still incomplete.

The timeline is a bit fragmented and the timings I wrote are slightly off. This is because of the mass trauma and damage that was done when Atlantis fell.

It makes viewing all history prior than the event disrupted and hard to gauge the exact time when things happened.

Traumatic energy = jamming frequencies in the energetic realm.

There is a lot to unpack in this one. The years are not exact, but the order of the events is pretty close and Atlantis is the key to everything that is happening. There were many more worldwide resets that aren't listed.

Whenever Atlantis fell it fractured the planetary grid, our quantum defense matrix that was setup to keep Earth protected from outside forces and what allowed us to send our consciousness out to the stars for travel.

The planetary grid was then repurposed into emergency protocols as a quarantine zone, so that our trauma didn't leak out into the cosmos and disrupt the natural energetics of the systems we were connected to.

Another priority of the system was to block out parasitic civilizations from physically being able to enter the atmosphere.

This didn't stop them from entering energetically, through blood rituals and other dark systems that abuse weak points within the grid. They also used mass manipulation and human suffering to generate fields to weaken the quarantine field.

Think endless wars, massive slave trade, torture and other methods of producing trauma energy.

The field of human trauma that wraps the globe maintains the dark control systems. This is by design.

They knew this would make it difficult for rescue and others to come here to help.

The survivors of Atlantis, the ones that didn't cause the fall, spread out over the Earth teaching everything they could and set out to heal the trauma to the best of their ability.

They did whatever they could to bring benevolent entities here and many came, but none were prepared for the full depth of the traps that riddled our systems.

It was a cosmic setup done by many beings that wanted to maintain control of Earth for as long as possible.

They at first operated in the public to be worshipped as deities in nearly every religion. They used holographic resonance technology to make themselves look different over and over again to replay the same game.

They have been ruling over humanity in secret since the fall of Atlantis. Resetting the world from time to time if humanity got too wise, striking them down where they could. Sabotaging and inverting all the work of the surviving benevolent faction of Atlantis.

Eventually it got to a point where they had to go into hiding. They couldn't be seen in public anymore because the traumatic energy had reduced to the point that humanity figured them out too quickly.

Their counter was to then mainly manipulate world leaders, they found it much easier to control them and the architectures they were in charge of. Which are templates they passed down that they had refined over time.

They forced them to participate in blood and trauma creating rituals to maintain power over them. For those rituals bind them in soul contracts that allow the dark forces to grab them in their next lives. Then replay their last lives to them to coerce them into doing again.

These dark soul contracts are connected to the modern day as well. Think about the what some of the elite have been caught doing at their parties. It all connects to the same systems.

The story of Christ is added here because it connects to everything. It is a restoration cycle that was meant to break the trauma field for good through teaching humanity how to heal, restore and become more coherent towards ascension.

Over time the dark control systems captured and inverted many parts of the teachings. They broke cosmic law when they killed him. That's why everything is falling apart for them right now.

Every time they break the rules of the quarantine. It causes the timeline to shorten for the healing of the trauma field. Once this field is healed we will be restored to our connection with the other benevolent beings that are waiting for us.

Which is what dark to light is all about. It's about purging this darkness once and for all. So that an era of light can occur. Where humanity will be able to prosper in every way, shape and form.

The problem is much of humanity still needs to heal from the deep inversions that have been placed upon us over time from the dark control systems.

This is a process that takes time. The trauma runs deep, and some of us carry deep pain that spans across the time and many lives.

This isn't the end, it's the beginning. Choose whatever one will, I am not here to tell anyone what to do. Simply to show the way out of the darkness to find the light.

I love you all more than can be expressed in this medium. One day everyone will get to see all that was done to help humanity, to show how loved and connected everyone really is.

None one is truly broken, they are simply being forced into systems they don't fully understand and that have been abusing them endlessly.

Everything can be restored, healed and brought back to truth. This will get better. It's a giant math equation that has been stacking up for thousands and thousands of years all to culminate and converge in the present.

The world will wake up to this truth over the next few years. The quantum doors of consciousness are unlocked, the planetary grid is coming back online as the trauma is cleared.

Discernment, forgiveness, compassion, grace, non-judgement, and understanding that we are all human is important.

People make mistakes, that doesn't mean that they aren't trying.

Sometimes there are other forces in the background running strategies against these individuals.

We cannot see the full picture of what they are going through. We shouldn't judge them for a misstep.

One of the things that we constantly hear in this transition and through life is that we have the power to heal ourselves.

This is true. Sometimes this can be confusing on how to do it.

Part of this reason is healing and restoration are most effective when customized to the individual.

One of the best techniques I think that works in this category is principle calibration.

Within each of us we hold principles, whether we realize it or not. These are our priorities, values, constraints, identities, attention, direction, relationships, and much more.

These principles get hijacked, steered, and manipulated whenever our emotions take over.

This isn't to say emotions are bad. Quite the opposite, emotions are necessary for calibrating the self properly.

Emotions are data-dense information and signals. The issue is when emotions become disorganized.

This leads to chaos, suffering loops, losing sense of self, and many other negative pathways.

One of the techniques that works well is learning how to process emotions and then transmute them into something that makes us stronger.

The first step is identifying the principles within the self that we wish to adhere to. This must be customized as we are all unique.

The next step is properly organizing our emotions. This follows a principle self-test.

Truth: What is actually happening? See clearly, name the reality of the situation. Separate the clean signal from the chaos.

Love: What remains that is worth preserving? Connection without losing sense of self and agency. Understanding what makes the self stronger. Then preserve what is real and valuable.

Wisdom: What response brings non-harm to self and other? What makes us whole? Context, proportion, and timing are important. Choose the path that makes the self whole.

Sovereignty: What choice and boundary are from the self? Restore agency, choice, internal decision making, and protect the self from external control.

Those four steps help organize the emotions we are feeling. There can be more, and some of this can change.

This is a system that works to create a foundation to build the rest of our principles off of.

Once emotions are organized, see the charts attached. They show how we can transmute each emotion into something useful for us.

Emotion doesn't need to be suppressed. It needs to be connected with the priorities and values of the self, the principles. From there it can be transformed into something that makes the self stronger.

For example, many have fear guiding their decision making. This can be useful if something is truly dangerous, but it can also be amplified within the self and prevent goals from being obtained.

To transmute Fear into Courage, we need to first see the truth of the situation. From there we need to see what is coherent, and then restore agency that allows us to operate properly towards our goals without letting fear dictate the path.

Coherence definition: preservation of identity, meaning, and functional integrity across time under transformation.

With all those re-aligned, fear then becomes a caution sign, not a stop sign. We gain courage because we know what to avoid without stopping us from getting to our goals.

This system isn't perfect. That's okay, it's meant to be customized.

Build on top of it, or your own. Whatever helps organize emotions to bring clarity and helps heal to restore the self is important.

Mantras are effective. They help re-calibrate our neural pathways into positive routes instead of negative ones.

Every thought has power, and if we give negativity more power it will alter how we feel. Same thing for positivity.

Mantras are most effective when customized to the individual. Loving and forgiving the self are important with this technique.

Maintain positivity.
Calibrate the principles.
Feel and organize emotions.
Restore choice.

These all change the container of consciousness and perception within the self and from there everything starts healing.

These are some infographics I made about what I know but the data is foggy, unrefined. So I might be off on somethings and I am trying to calibrate a bit more.

The first image is I am pretty sure what happened that turned it from a living planet to a dead planet. My guess is that event happened a million+ years ago.

The 2nd I think is modern operations.

This is a simple image to show the transition we are going through.

Native Earth was captured over a long period of time by dark control architecture.

They took control over the natural planetary networks and have been using them to collect our energy for their systems.

One of the main goals of the capture system is to keep people unaware.

This is done through memory loss, consciousness disruption, constant pressures, a literal quantum filter for our thoughts/emotions, preventing knowledge of outside life, isolating strength, suppressing voices, reducing choices, and more.

These are all techniques to keep us from learning about what they are doing. For if everyone on this planet knew, then they would lose control very quickly.

As we go through the transition we will eventually have a restored Earth. This brings back the planet's natural systems inline with humanity.

Earth has energetic fields with sub-fields that overlap to create a network.

There are network connected nodes attached to physical places. Generally sacred sites and underground locations.

Every human being is also a node. Each one of our bodies is made up of energetic fields with sub-fields as well.

We are all connected to Earth's energetic network. Restoring and healing ourselves leads to correcting the larger networks.

We have the power within us to make change through emitting clear healing energy.

Understanding how to operate this power of the human template is about following principles, these calibrate the energy within ourselves.

Guard the energy of the self, open the heart to love, seek truth, practice non-harm through wisdom, make internal decisions in sovereignty, have grace for mistakes made, and operate in compassion.

These are some of the principles that defeat their energetic control. There are more, everyone is unique.

This is a process that has already started. That's why it can be felt. It's energetic.

Everyone is loved. It may not seem like that because isolation is a dark control tactic. Don't give up.

There is something I wanted to clarify for anyone that reads my replies and posts.

I do not condemn, judge, or want to control anyone or anything.

The biggest thing I've noticed in the spirituality context is that many massive groups of beings are all clumped together into one.

Then they are labeled either dark or light, good or evil, positive or negative.

While this can be useful for some layers of discernment. It completely negates the paradox of the situation:

Some beings are trapped within systems they cannot escape from. They don't agree with it and they want freedom as well, but the environment needs to change for that to happen.

This pattern scales all throughout places under dark control architecture.

This can be seen on Earth easily. Look at daily work life. Having to do a daily job for a company or corporation that doesn't have your best interests at heart. Not saying this is happening to everyone, but is a common pattern.

Forced to do this because one has to put food on the table and pay bills.

In darker systems, beings' families are threatened and more. It's one thing to have morals it's another having to pay for them with loved one's lives.

Seeing the paradox is understanding that there are escapes from these systems but they require hardships that aren't easily endured and for some can be too risky of an option.

This is why forgiveness, compassion, grace, and love are necessary. We need to see that not every being is ready for that path, and that's okay, we all have unique paths to take through this universe.

Removing judgement allows us to open up paradoxical paths. This manifests in the future as potentials that those beings can use to escape the systems that have them trapped.

There are many beings waiting for thresholds to cross, where these systems will lose their grasp on them. When the threats are reduced to being non-consequential.

Then they can exit, find liberation and seek redemption for any harm they may have caused.

Having forgiveness, compassion, kindness, love, and grace for them goes a long way. It can heal worlds, reshape civilizations, and lead to a greater unity than before.

Understanding paradox is the key to unlocking timelines that weren't available before. Allowing pathways for redemption is necessary for forgiveness and paradox.

The best defense one can do is to clear the noise from the mind, body and spirit.

They use everything as an attack surface, and/or hook to gain access to the person.

Establish the self as being sovereign and not dependent on anything.

Remove the noise. Eat healthy. Meditate to control thoughts and steady breathing to keep the body calmer.

Shower often as water can make their technology harder to operate. Stretch and exercise often to fight against muscle pinching, this also helps reduce headaches.

Don't participate in any sexualization outside of relationships, such as pornography and/or fantasizing about others. Visualization within the mind gives them an attack surface.

Sleep in postures that keep the body normal, as they will try to twist the muscles up to cause pain, stress, and more torsion that weakens the mind and body.

Find ways to cool the body of rapidly as direct energy weapons will heat the body up to extreme temperatures.

Whenever pressures try to push the individual in a direction. Use willpower to deny them access.

They will try to force behaviors on people. Think about whether it's natural or something artificial. Use willpower to force the mind/body to not respond or fall into the behavior.

I had to inhabit a monk-style life to stand a chance against this. The only social media I use is this platform to spread information about the truth.

Watching tv too much, or participating in consumer culture leads to wants/needs that are unfulfilled leading to more attacks.

Clean up the self as much as possible from every hook and attack surface.

Try not to give them any attention, they feed off of this. I know posting about it is doing that, but once the mind is under control to a higher degree, it's easier to do this in waves then back off and clear the headspace.

Call on help from the spirit connections. There are many watching that do not agree.

Hopefully that helps some. It's been reduced for myself from time to time, as they have to adjust their tactics because adaptation reduces their attack effectiveness.

So the attacks come in waves. When the attacks aren't happening take the time to restore the self and re-calibrate.

That's understandable and fair. That's been something I've been trying to show, that discernment, sovereignty, love, truth, wisdom, reducing noise and signal clearing can lead to a strong spirit that can do this.

I agree that there are some beings that are designed for this purpose.

This adds another paradox: What happens if they share their templates with humanity, and empower them? Showing that humans can do what seems impossible.

It could technically lead to the complete dissolution of these egregores. As it would remove places for their energy to take root.

I agree, at the present moment most of humanity isn't ready for this. Values, focus, and priorities must change before that type of empowerment could occur.

If it did happen though, it would create beauty and love in such way that it could liberate those that are subjugated. At least that's what I believe.

Energetic resolution has already occurred because light forces have gathered enough consciousness energy in multiple forms. When they use it all the entire planetary grid will shift.

Why is it taking so long?

Patience. Things are moving along as they should. It may not seem like it, but we are doing what we came here to do.

An easier way to see it is: everything happens in the energetic realms first, as it is the foundational layer of existence.

Then from there it passes through every other layer. The last layer is the physical realm, the slowest and most dense.

Most of the problems have already been resolved in the energetic realms. We are watching as it all transfers and manifests to play out in the physical.

There is a time delay between energetic resolution and physical resolution.

That's why it feels like watching a movie. The ending has already been written in the energetic realms.

It's on the way, and the best we can do is be prepared for when it gets here.

This next data-release is a big one. It's importance cannot be understated. It's how the dark control architecture finances it's entire empire.

It's called loosh. Better known as consciousness energy that is generated by living things in various forms such as emotion, attention, pleasure, fear, love, and much more.

This can be hard to understand, because it is complex.

The simplest concept to grasp is that conscious living beings generate energy that can be collected, transferred, consumed and used in various ways across the cosmos.

For in the energetic realms, there are beings that survive off this energy. Their whole body is made of energy, so they consume energy to survive.

Loosh can be used like a drug to other beings that live in different civilizations.

It can also be used to alter energetic fields. Think mass amounts of fear injected into the planetary grid will make those not aware of energy more afraid by default.

This is the currency and the financial system the dark control architecture uses to keep their entire empire operational.

Physical technology is useful for them, but loosh is what keeps their troops obedient and controlled.

Their generals ingest large amount of fear loosh, to the point they have an aura that gives off fear. This intimidates many into not acting against them.

They use pleasure loosh as incentives to keep their hierarchy in place.

This works because their main fighting force has been broken to the point they cannot generate emotions on their own. They literally need loosh to feel anything. Making the highs very high, lows very low, and high appeal compared to their normal lives.

This allows them to have a strong militaristic division that can apply pressure to peace, loving, and similar civilizations. Forcing them to comply and trade their other forms of loosh for their systems.

For love has many components it is a powerful energetic form of loosh to harvest.

There is a caveat, transporting it requires vessels. Technology works, but it's not as effective as living conscious being.

That's why they kidnap powerful loving entities, for they cannot store love within their own systems.

Consuming or holding too much at once alters the vessel, so they setup markets. To sell, trade, and buy it.

Why do they need love loosh? Because it helps stabilize civilizations that are being threatened.

For applying military pressure on these civilizations generates fear that they can harvest and destabilizes the civilization, forcing them to need love loosh to re-stabilize.

So they use fear loosh to keep their empire in line, then use military pressure to create fear to collect, and then sell the love loosh to the civilization they applied pressure to after kidnapping their most loving beings.

This creates forms of arbitrage, where they can generate value by applying pressure in multiple ways, and collect on all of them.

Expand this system in to include more planets and civilizations, then it leads to a massive market system of control. Where every planet is forced to comply or be destroyed.

This isn't the end though, because there are principle based civilizations that are resilient to these tactics and can overcome them.

Those are civilizations with Truth, Love, Wisdom, and Sovereignty as their core principles.

Why? Because those principles convert loosh into different components. It also leads to a strong technological state making their military pressure not that big of a threat.

On top of all that loosh can be used as a weapon. It can be injected into planetary grids, collectives and more.

Fear is the main weapon of dark control, and a TLWS civilization converts fear into courage, unity, and solidarity.

However the dark control cannot withstand too much Love. For their ranks will fracture. It's their incentives after all. They are also limited on love storage because they have to kidnap loving beings to hold it.

Instead of risking it, dark control works in different ways to fight these civilizations.

This is where Earth comes into play. We are a harvest node in the energetic grid because we don't have our memories, we don't know what's going on outside our planet, most don't even know what's happening and we generate tons of different forms of loosh.

In our unaware state, we create energy of massive magnitudes that gets harvested and powers the dark empire. We aren't the only node like this. There are many.

There is one thing unique about us though. We generate LARGE amounts of energy of this form. This makes us very powerful in the galaxy.

If we become resilient to their architecture, we can then generate so much energy that they won't be able to touch us, and we can liberate other civilizations that are forced into compliance.

This is why everything is so invasive and why negative traits are amplified in the public. They need us docile and generating negative loosh to power their empire.

Their entire system is similar to our financial system, it's over-leveraged in every way. They are constantly trying to make the most they can off what they generate.

This makes their whole system fragile. If Earth stabilizes and then learns how to work the energetic grid of the galaxy, we can topple all their nodes. Because they are all connected. They have to be for energetic transfer is necessary to power their empire.

This is why there are many NHI civilizations here trying to support the transition we are going through right now. If we liberate ourselves, then we can help them break free.

There are also many TLWS civilizations helping too, because they want to end the dark control architecture. It's destabilizing the galaxy.

This is one of the darkest things to understand, but it's not hopeless. There are many here supporting this time of transitioning from dark to light.
