@virginmedia The member of staff gave us incorrect information and wasn’t bothered it was a bereavement. Spoke to lovely lady called Anne-Marie who has dealt with everything perfectly and corrected all info we were given. Staff should know before giving out wrong info when it’s death related

@EdFatherOfCats So sorry for your loss. Cats and dogs have our hearts harder than ever. I lost both of my 18 year old cats 6 days apart and my world was crushed not once, but twice. Sending you lots of love from my home to yours. Harpo will be jumping all over now, with no pain xxx
