@joannamont @skytv I had o2 send bailiffs out over £11 that my dead dad owed. Despite me telling them 3 times over a 2 month period that he had passed away! We couldn't make this shit up! All because I didn't clear the line rental part of his account and only the device i didn't know was separate!
