As many of you know, over the past few weeks I’ve been heavily focused on growing the Traceix ecosystem and the business behind it and less focused on token marketing, it’s time I explained why.

Revix Labs has been reorganized into Revix Technologies, Inc., the company behind Traceix, Chainflow Intel, Sidra, and future products.

We’re currently finalizing a framework that allows $THRT holders to voluntarily convert their tokens into tokenized equity (common stock) in Revix Technologies.

The goal is to keep THRT as the utility token for the ecosystem while giving holders the option to lock their tokens and receive wTHRT-EQ, a wrapped token representing common equity in the company.

The current idea looks like this:
- Buy or hold $THRT
- Complete identity verification (KYC)
- Lock your THRT
- Receive wTHRT-EQ
- wTHRT-EQ represents tokenized equity in Revix Technologies
- Participate in shareholder voting
- Receive dividends if declared
- Continue participating in the long term growth of the business

THRT will continue to power the marketplace, dataset publishing, and other ecosystem utilities. The equity layer is designed to complement the existing utility, not replace it.
