@SouthwestAir @SarahEickmeyer Passengers took off masks and argued with flight attendants on flight 2075 a ECP-HOU 10/02/20 regarding laws in Florida regarding masks. Passengers both very drunk. Don’t board obviously drunk passengers!

@gary_kelly this argument continued with your 2 drunk passengers trying to educate your staff about why it’s not necessary. Why are obviously drunk passengers allowed to board? Many children were witness to this obnoxious behavior.

@gary_kelly What does “require” mean? Flight 2063 ECP-HOU passengers drunk and noncompliant not wearing face masks. Multiple flight attendants ignored their obnoxious behavior until one of your senior staff told them to put them back on near the end of the trip they proceeded to argue.
