@HarveysHelp We ordered sofa on 4th January. After 4 attempts at delivery (taking 4 days leave from work) still missing half a two https://t.co/dJjT4pXTVB delivery date given, no compo offered. Very poor customer service!
@HarveysHQ was excited for furniture sweet to be delivered after 12 weeks only for 75% to arrive.Remaining 25% has been lost for 2 weeks and still no end in sight for sorting this. Please improve you service Harveys.Not wanting to recommend you to other customers at the minute!!!
