@Denver_Housing Finally talked to the compliance person. She says I need a referral from a health organization for that property. WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE SAY THAT? WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE HAVE GOOD CONTACT INFORMATION? I asked them to fix it or I would escalate. They haven't fixed it.

@Denver_Housing LIHTC housing in Denver is a JOKE. The website for Del Norte Apartment Group shows that Juan Diego is perfect. Called leasing office twice. Voicemail has never been returned. Same with email. No one is at the office when I visit.
