@Dark_horse @HammerToe seems like their response was a quip. very likely that ‘some’ was a known understatement used for impact. adult literacy is ~80%; in barbados it is ~99%. ~20% of texan adults are functionally illiterate. that is 6.3m adults in texas are functionally illiterate; that’s a lot.
