After 50 long years, she had finally been diagnosed with Trochlear dysplasia.

There is a spectrum of how severe a Trochlear dysplasia diagnosis can be and this can differ between people. Some may be very subtle, whilst others are more severe.

Trochlear dysplasia is believed to be genetic and congenital. It is most likely to occur at the prepubescent growth spurts, which is around 12 years old for females and 13 years old for males 🦵🏽
