A New Chapter for Maldon & Tiptree FC

We are delighted to confirm the acquisition of Maldon & Tiptree Football Club by a new ownership group.

We recognise that recent months have brought uncertainty for everyone connected with the Club. Our focus now is firmly on the future: providing stability, supporting the people already doing great work here and building a club that our supporters and the wider Maldon and Tiptree communities can be proud of.

On the pitch, we want to nurture the talent already within the Club while creating opportunities for new talent to develop and flourish. Off the pitch, our ambition is just as important. This is a community football club, and we want supporters, families, local businesses and grassroots football to feel genuinely part of what we build.

We are not arriving with promises of overnight transformation. We are here to listen, to work, and to build sustainably.

This is a fresh chapter for Maldon & Tiptree FC — built together with the people who make this Club what it is.

Having already given a platform to CBs such as Adebola Oluwo (Salford FC), Ange Djadja (Braintree Town), Joyskim Dawa (FCSB) and many others, I’d now like to give this opportunity a go and use my experience to help more young and older players develop their game.

FT | Ilford 2–5 Cannons Wood

A much quieter second half from the Cannons, but they turned it on again late through debutant Liam George to see the game out and secure a 5–2 win.

Into the next round of the Essex Senior Cup! 🔴⚪️

SOUL Tower Hamlets FC 2026/27 | Anti-Knife Crime Kit Launch

A football shirt can represent a club.

This shirt represents a cause.

Every badge, every colour and every message on this kit stands for something far bigger than 90 minutes on a Saturday. It stands for life, hope and the belief that every young person deserves the chance to grow up safely.

For more than a decade, communities across London have watched knife crime devastate families. Too many parents have buried their children. Too many futures have been stolen before they even began.

This is not just the responsibility of the police.

The responsibility is on all of us.

At SOUL Tower Hamlets, we believe football can be a force for change. It gives young people purpose, discipline, opportunity and hope. This kit is our commitment to continue that fight, both on and off the pitch.

We are proud to launch our biggest Anti-Knife Crime campaign to date, and we invite everyone to stand with us.

Every single penny of profit from the sale of this shirt will be reinvested into anti-knife crime initiatives and youth programmes.

A huge thank you to Lowick Hedley for believing in this campaign and helping turn a football shirt into a message that can make a real difference.

When you wear this shirt, you are wearing more than club colours.

You are an ambassador for the campaign against knife crime.

Wear the shirt.
Support the club.
Support the campaign.

Be an ambassador against knife crime. Because saving lives is everyone’s responsibility.
