There are 3 types of interfaces for injecting settings classes:

- IOptions
- IOptionsSnapshot
- IOptionsMonitor

IOptions is cached for the lifetime of the application.

IOptionsSnapshot is similar to IOptions, but the options are recomputed on every request. This is useful to ensure you always have the latest configuration.

IOptionsMonitor provides a way to retrieve current option values and react to changes in options.
