@IamJennyChat Was intending to do a Meadowhall trip before all this happened but was too busy at work, by time I had time it was mid March (we locked down about 2 weeks ahead of official start)

@TerriShaltiel Izettle is good. No monthly fees, low transaction fee. Usually offered at ยฃ29 works via phone. Does contactless, chip and pin and swipe.
@nikothenorth @LNER Unfortunately with no announcement on tannoy or board a whole group of us got left behind! Really wanted to travel on the new train!
@Stevekeevil@LNER@Se_Railway We got left behind at KX! No platform announcement for delayed service on board or tannoy. Having said that despite all the extra delays staff were helpful.
Thank you to the @LNER crew at Kings Cross in the station and on the 18.03 to Skipton and @Hull_Trains 20.28 from Donny tonight in getting us home after the initial cock up of the delayed 17.19 leaving a number of passengers stranded in Kings Cross.
Essentially train was delayed, then cancelled, then delayed and all waiting for platform info to board, then dropped off board... As it had come in and then left with no board or tannoy announcements.
