Cannot be overstated how great the @RainiersLand bullpen has been to start the season.
They LEAD all @MiLB bullpens with a 2.21 ERA, with just ONE HR allowed this season...no other PCL 'pen has allowed one HR through 25 games in at least 21 years!

The Seattle Mariners have signed Houston Roth to a minor league contract. The pitcher had a 2.96 ERA along with 54 strikeouts this past minor league season.
Orioles bullpen moves after Seranthony Dominguez trade:

@islandgirl3961@voicesunheard If you choose to forego the mammogram, you run the risk of missing the opportunity of possible early detection with micro calcifications which are only detected on mammography. Hope this helps. Good luck! Not a perfect system
@islandgirl3961@voicesunheard For women with dense , lumpy ,cystic breasts screening mammography poses a challenge and those patients will get called back more often. Yearly bilateral breast ultrasound may be indicated in these patients.
@islandgirl3961@voicesunheard Mammography is also reader dependent. Good experienced mammographers have less call backs ( less false positives). Know who is reading your mammogram. Ultrasound is also technologist dependent and reader dependent. Skill is involved.
@islandgirl3961@voicesunheard MRI is not a perfect test either. It yields false positives as well. I personally don’t care what you do but following the advice of experts in the field would be a wise move. Annual screening mammo with Ultrasound if needed.
@Karina177436595@islandgirl3961@voicesunheard Current ACR guidelines for the general population are screening mammograms begin at age 40. That is a true statement. Your personal physician recommended a mammogram for you at an earlier age because of your family history
